1. Join for the next available session OR mid-session!

4. If joining at the beginning of the session please provide session payment. Mid-session participants please contact me for pro-rated session rates! 

5. Have fun and re-join for the next session!

Has the class you are interested in already started? You can still join and we will pro-rate the cost for you!

Minimum enrolment is required to run a class.

Program Length: 8 weeks 

Cost: $96 per program (i.e. 1 class per week for 8 weeks) 

Indoor Stroller Fit (90 min)

Program Length: 6 weeks 

Cost: $72 per program (i.e. 1 class per week for 6 weeks)

Fit to Deliver (60 min)

Program Length: 8 weeks 

Cost: $72 per program (i.e. 1 class per week for 8 weeks) 

Tummy Time (60 min)

Program Length: 4 weeks 

Cost: $36 per program (i.e. 1 class per week for 4 weeks) 

Stroller Fit (90 min)

Program Length: 6 weeks 

Cost: $65 per program (i.e. 1 class per week for 6 weeks)

Mom+Baby Hike Fit (60-75 min)

Program Length: 6 weeks 

Cost: $48 per program (i.e. 1 class per week for 6 weeks)
