Our goal is to inspire, motivate and support women through pregnancy and motherhood. Yummy Mummy offers safe, fit, and fun fitness and wellness programs for moms and moms-to-be in the Guelph and Centre Wellington (Fergus, Elora, Arthur) areas.

We are passionate about the fitness and well-being of moms, moms-to-be and their families. Yummy Mummy fitness+wellness offers a variety of fitness classes and informative workshops.
